Most fraud (and crimes of violence, and crimes of [fill in the blank]) perpetrated on people of color is perpetrated by people of color. Think I am wrong, head down to the criminal courthouse on Broadway and spend a day sitting in on trials. Victims and perpetrators usually come from the same ethnic/racial groups.
But, I guess who cares about reality, there is too much to be gained from cries of racism. It’s a cottage industry.
