Sorry if I was unclear, the appointment to get your card is about $100, and I believe it’s good for a year.
For all but the heaviest user, ~$25 a week is way more than enough. For the very occasional user that would be a month’s budget. So cheaper than cigarettes and close to my monthly beer budget (~$10/week).
