Miramar Ranch and Jerabeck are both in the low 900 range while EBS and Dingeman are in the high 900 range.
Has more to do with location. EBS and Dingeman are drawing from newer homes with average price of 800k and up. Whereas MR and Jerabeck draw from mostly older homes starting in 600k and up, along with mix of condos. Prob more renters in that mix as well, since older homes are more likely to be rented vs newer homes.
