Nope Marion. What he does money is not your concern. Your contract with him is to provide shelter. He has met his duties to you as long as you are allowed to live under that roof. You are absurd and an absolute idiot not to realize this. If he loses his place prior to the end of your lease agreement then he should have an obligation to assist with your moving expenses at that point.
