Your a loooser. Stop with your ridiculous argument. You made the same in another thread and it was equally as ridiculous. The bank can hold the landlord responsible for what he owes to them. That is for the bank to take up with your landlord. As long as he is providing shelter which is his agreement with you you are responsible for paying your rent or you can elect to move out.
