Many posts have mentioned that “Stonebridge” was and still is overpriced. However, sales activity has been pretty good given the recent economic downturn. In fact, “Serenity” has sold many of their homes during the last year or so at essentially the “old” prices.”Tiburon” has sold most of their homes and even the less attractive “Montero” homes have sold. I guess that a lot of buyers are willing to pay a premium to live in Stonebridge regardless of the future. I’m curious to see how the market will look in 2-3 years. My guess is that the prices will be flat or lower.
