"I'm not sure I would have gotten through it without my faith," she said in response to a question about how she dealt with the infidelity.
What she doesn't explain here is that her "faith" wasn't in God but in Bill's ability to help her get into the Senate (and possibly further).
Bill and Hillary's religion is power. She stayed with him only because he was an asset to her political aspirations. Her polls must be showing that she needs to seem more religious.
