Let’s just raise property tax to a more “normal” level. That should cover it. It’s been stuck in prop 13 land way too long. 1974, I think it was. Time to pay up all you laggards living off the largesse of the little guy who doesnt own property, but is forced to pay taxes on every other thing imaginable, but never enjoys the incredible rise in real estate values here in CA.
Payback’s a biotch, but it’s day is coming.
