Lea–one of my best friends is also very good friends with Afton. Afton lived in North Park for likely 20 years plus, but a few years ago moved to Clairemont or Bay Park I think. She is extremely experienced and knows her stuff. Several years ago she sold a multi-family property to some friends of mine and they were quite pleased.
I would trust Afton, but not sure about the others in her office. She referred me to someone once in her office (I cannot recall if it was Nancy) and I did not like her one bit. So, be careful with that one. I did not know Afton only represented sellers.
