Late 2009 (Sept or Oct) a large Meteor or Comet will be spotted. Some weeks later we find out it will hit Earth in mid 2012. At which point real estate values won’t mean much. Eh…. or did I see that in a movie……

Regardless, 2009 is gonna suck!
