FWIW – I wasn’t trying to suggest that the posted price was appropriate… I was looking at your statement that the agent was unwilling to lower the price… when in fact – the owner had lowered it 30k.

If I suggested that the current asking price was fine, I apologize… Not my intent. I have no idea what that house is worth. It’s not in any of the areas I’m tracking closely. I’m not suggesting one way or the other on whether this is priced appropriately.
