Yes, it is gated with a key code, but we have a couple of relatives that live in the area. ;-).

Are you speaking of Pasado just east of Paseo Del Sur? We did look at those models, but not much comes standard and and the layouts were blah. We prefer the Shea builder (although the on site realtors are very pleasant at Pasado). Also, we like the coziness of the nook between Camino Del Sur and Paseo Del Sur. Pasado isn’t built out as much and I’m sure it will be a great nearby neighborhood as well though.
We did see the overall master plan that they have in the visitor center of Del Sur. It’ll be interesting to see the neighborhood that’s supposedly going to be built onto the peninsula over the canyon east of Pasado. Some of the homes are bound to have great views.
