Kitchen was a decent size I thought. I lived in apartments quite a bit and I thought it was larger than an apt. Not huge mind you. I am renting in a 1700 sf townhome, and the kitchen it’s at least as big as the current one. A bit light in cabinet space. I liked the pantry and the fact that it’s open.
A negative point is the opening of the kitchen to a dining area. When you have guests and a more formal holiday meal, seeing the kitchen right there basically in the same room isn’t appealing…
I don’t care much about the many stairs. I currenly live in a similar stair-wise townhome and it doesn’t bother me.
As I recall the main entrance on this unit is around the corner from the garage. The deck is above the garage. The cul de sac is lined up with the garages so they face each others but I also saw the steps leading to the main entrances which were on the sides of the building. Not sure I can explain.
It felt bigger than 1600 sq. I owned a 1600 sf townhome before so I know.
