Keep em coming. So far almost exclusively Pt Loma to Encinitas along the coast.I’ll throw mine out also. Right now I am where I would want to be in that price range (S Carlsbad/Encinitas) but if I could go up a tad higher it would be Del Mar south of DM Heights overlooking the Torry Pines Reserve.
