kcal09, do you care to give some examples of the upgrades or other offers they discussed?
We’ve had a lot of traffic up here from the marketing Lennar has been doing more recently. Radio ads, billboards, etc. I see people constantly looking at the Crestview homes. In addition, they are building their last NorthStar building at the far North end. Shouldn’t be too long before all these condos are sold out. These are starting at $295k for 1323sf, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage, 3 story, including garage at bottom floor.
In addition, I noticed that Standard Pacific Riverwalk looks like they are close to final buildout. Does anyone have any details on this? Also, is there any Cornerstone Mission View homes left?
In about a year, I would say there will be limited new SFR available in Santee, outside of SkyRanch. Any thoughts…
