Just wanted to post that I’ve been tracking NODs and foreclosures in about 10 zip codes. For the past 3 days there were NO NODs filed in any of the zip codes I track. I don’t know what it means exactly, if anything. But I’ve been tracking since the beginning of this year and daily there were foreclosures in more than one zip code, but at least one daily. I’m worried to see NONE in any zip codes for three days.
