Just under 2 years ago I almost bought in Laurel (Wolf Creek) – the house was almost 3000 sq ft, lot size was decent (around 8000 sq ft), almost a 4 car garage. The house even had upgrades and it was nearly backed up to Redhawk.
All for 350k – sounds like I should have taken the Nestea plunge even though taxes are high in Wolf Creek.
