Just backed out of escrow.
Checked the Megan’s Law website, and there were three very dangerous sexual predators within about 1/2 mile of the place.
Lesson learned…check that website first. It would have saved us quite a bit of money that we’ve already spent on inspections, etc.
Breathing a sigh of relief, and glad to be learning new things every day…
