I have access to another source for distressed property reports. Their reporting cycle is offset from this one by two or three days and just came out.
For 6/28 through 7/2, their listings contain 402 NODs, 300 NOTs and 80 REOs so next week’s report should see a jump in the NODs and NOTs.
