But jstoesz, you must understand that Minneapolis 55419 IS NOT coastal CA.

I have many, many relatives in 7**** zip codes that have huge GORGEOUS brick houses with portico drives on “lots” ranging from 10K to 160 AC, replete with thousands of head of cattle and a passel of stallions and quarter horses! In some of those zip codes, avg income EXCEEDS $77K but the “average” house costs $154K. But they are NOT IN COASTAL CA! Many are smack dab in the middle of “Tornado Alley.” Some are so remote that they have to have their OWN 6′ high satellite dish just to be plugged into civilization! No utils avail out there, baby . . . it’s every man for himself!

Again, apples to oranges here.
