jstoesz – only b/c I know you are sarcastic and if I remember right, you like PL. That was a funny post. I’m not sure CA-dreamin will get it.
I think PL is great, especially if you are further away from the flight path. I think there is too much traffic on Rosecrans since they built Liberty Station. I’m not sure of the HOAs and Mello Roos w/Liberty Station, but if you look for those beautiful older homes to buy, you won’t have to worry about HOAs or MR. As far as schools, I think High Tech High is in Point Loma and I think that’s supposed to be a good school.
