I can’t see the actual listing now b/c I don’t belong to SD Lookup but from the photos, I know I saw this listing online a few months ago. It is obviously of mid-century design as well, built between the late fifties and about ’71. It’s a great design, and, as javatestcase stated, a great little street, one of the best. If $900K is supposedly a “sweet spot” for NCC buyers, esp NCC east of I-5, then this property was a wa-a-a-ay better buy than what you can get up there for $900K, IMHO. The build quality, design, view, ambiance . . . the whole package . . . you can’t find this up there, except maybe in Del Mar (sans the view). Lucky, lucky buyers :=)
