Beautiful property jp. Very nice inside, FP and stair panel are its best assets. Some good friends of mine who sold and moved away about 15 years ago had a porch just like that in Burlingame.
Is it a possible Mills Act candidate? From the back view, it does not look like the original footprint was altered.
