That is not, nor has it ever been Hillary’s game plan. She has extraordinarily detailed writings on almost every policy. You may not agree with them all (I certainly don’t), but they are available.
The negative is what much of the press focuses on, it’s not necessarily what the candidates focus on. Trump has nothing but hate and lies about Hillary. So that’s what he sells. And it’s the only thing his supporters are buying.
