Obviously the requirements for passport is not the same being POTUS. Biggest difference is that you don’t’ have to be a “Natural Born” to get one.

The State Registrar has confirmed that the information on Obama’s CoLB is true. Among that information is the location of birth: Honolulu, Hawaii.
Please explain how this doesn’t prove Obama was a Natural Born citizen. Can you be born in Honolulu, Hawaii and NOT be a natural born US citizen? Seriously….
Again, you have offered no proof that Obama was not born in Honolulu. And I think I know why – there is none.
