It’s not that I’m happy the market is “crashing”, it’s that I’m glad it’s returning to normal and that I’m now educated on the market enough to know what “normal” means. I do love watching coastal prices drop, to the consternation of the armchair financial advisors I used to debate.
Oh and definitely glad that I’ll be able to begin my buying orgy next winter.
