It’s great that you are trying to think ahead and saved your money to invest…But there will be a lot of pain that will be ahead before another bubble hits this economy. Just ask someone from Japan how long it took for the next bubble to come around after their housing bubble burst in the late 80’s. Ask him how his 100 year loan is working out for him. And remember.
