Its awesome that someone who hasnt participated in one of these transactions in 18 years thinks they understand what is really going on. Better yet they somehow have a front row seat on it all. I’ve been involved in about a hundred on my own and have consulted on hundred more and dont see those “intractable” problems. Then again maybe those “intractable” problems are rampant in her hood but not elesewhere. That could be it.
