Work out 45-60 min. 7 days a week (circuit training, cardio, weights….I like to mix it up).
Yoga for 25 min. 5 days a week.
Run, Rollerblade, or Run/Walk/Stairs 45-60 min. 1 day a week. Running days I may only work out another 30 min. that day depending on how I’m feeling. When it gets colder I up running to 2 days a week.
Weekends there’s hiking, biking, or if we’re camping, dirt bike riding mixed in there. (If you don’t think dirt bike riding is a workout then you haven’t done it.)
