It seems that Pardee has no difficulty at all selling their homes. The releases were often gone in just about 10 minutes. Ocassionally, one no-so-good lot remained on the market for a short period. Terramar is not far away from highway 56. You can hear the highway noise almost everywhere in the community. Does anyone have any comment on the noise problem?
