Is that people receiving unemployment or total people looking for work but unable to find it? I doubt it counts people who have been reduced from full time to part time. I was in Wal-Mart the other day commenting that at least they are one of the companies making money still and the cashier said “Yea, they’re cutting our hours starting next week”. Like working for Wal-Mart doesn’t suck enough, but I guess it’s better than being out of work.
