Is MLS 060065973 a short sale? It looks like this was a speculator. I think I saw somewhere that that it was purchased last summer for 1,050,000. They started out asking 1,185,000 to 1,149,000 and have lowered the price to 999,000. They want to close by the end of Dec.
Anybody have info on this?
