Subsection (b) of section 3101 of title 31, United States Code, is amended by striking out the dollar limitation contained in such subsection and inserting in lieu thereof $11,315,000,000,000.
That refers to increasing the debt ceiling i.e. credit limit for U.S. Now, U.S. can have up to 11.315 Trillion in national debt before Congress has to revisit it again. (Unless, creditors refuse to finance the increased debt, which very well may happen, at some point – that would be a truly terminal event)
