In the mean time, on June 18, our good friend congressman Barney Frank introduced a bill that, if passed, would decriminalize possession of up to 3.5 oz of cannabis on the federal level. He even got Ron Paul to cosponsor the bill. Can you imagine any other bill that would be supported by both of these guys?
