In regards to air conditioning, you do need it in PQ, sometimes just to cool the house off in the evening to sleep. One or two good weeks in the summer you are running it all the time. In regards to traffic, the extension of Camino Del Sur all the way to Park Village School would be a great help to the 56 freeway, the high school traffic that uses the freeway to get to Park Village would be eliminated by extending Camino Del Sur. It is in the master plan for the future, but lots of Park Village parents don’t want it due to increased traffic for the elementary school.
