In my experience, I’ve been there twice this year with guests and I have seen people filling the bucket up and then carrying a full stack of strawberry bushes in their hands as well. Those are people that were stopped, but the guy there did offer them to eat all of those on property if they didn’t wish to be charged extra. The guy told me that as long as you don’t have to use your hands to keep strawberries inside the bucket, you are fine.
