In 2001, we had a stock market crash, and all the money
sloshed into the housing market.
In 2007, we will likely have a full blown housing market
crash, and I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if all
all the cash goes sloshing into the stock market.
This is not a prediction, I just see it as a real possibility.
