I’m with Mixx. I live in an eastern SD suburb and the I-8 commute east at 4 is horrible…stop and go from the 805 connector to around the College exit. It’s always worse in summer, and this summer is no different. I see a lot of plates from out of state…I think these people are “victims” who booked motel rooms thanks to Triple A or some other advertising saying, “We’re just minutes from the beach!” Well, you are…at 3 a.m. 🙂
