I’m taken aback by the neighbor having your bbq and chandelier. How did they get it? I would do a little probing before any cash offer on those things is made. How about an offer to not call the cops? Maybe they stole those things. Can’t prove it but might put some fear into them. Well, I hope your neighbor is nice. Best not to take a confrontational approach.
