I’m sure that the teenagers are all being dropped off by drug addict parents on a bender. I used to be a volunteer councilor to women at twin towers correctional facility in L.A. and every one of of the inmates had an average of five kids. I could never understand that. Most of the women in there were drug addicts– didn’t all of those kids cut in on their partying time?
