I’m pretty darn liberal – but I don’t have a lot of sympathy for this woman.
When she cashed out with a refi – did she set aside money for rainy day?
I’m sorry her son is sick -but there are lots of families that deal with illnesses from a rental. I don’t see how it’s relevant to her pulling cash out of her house and then not paying the debt.
