I’m now very interested to see how this “tug of war” between buyers and sellers in Saratoga ends up playing out! Saratoga IS the best town in SV (it’s not really IN SV but adjacent to it). It you’re looking for a sprawling rancher, no other SV city can compare to it.
It has (one of the) best quality of life in the nation, IMO.
