I’m not sure when you went to Evergreen, but as of 9/15, there were three houses (perhaps they fell out of escrow??). 17203 Golden Wagon Ct. was listed at $842,990, 10448 Richard Rd was $722,990, and 17245 Golden Wagon Ct. was $898,990. I’d be really surprised to see that these sold in one day…or maybe the sales lady/flyer were out of date…
