I’m no expert in the methodology of posting “for lease” signs on commercial reasestate, but I seem to recall that the signs were typically green in color.
Now, I see quite a few red signs – presumaably to capture more attention? Anyone happen to know if that’s really the case….
But yes, about 8 months ago, I did notice all the signs in those areas, and also the ones mentioned along Mira Mesa. I stopped looking at them once they became so common place and because they were making me depressed….
