I’m just chomping at the bit waiting for the Great Park housing developments to be built in the OC. There’s no selection of homes to choose from in this market. Another 4,000 to 5,000 homes is what we need right now. Who cares if the Irvine co has a two-year moratorium on building in the Portola Hills area. They don’t know nuthin’ ’bout real estate. I want to buy and I want to buy it now.
