I’m glad you’re looking out for your potential new neighbor, abell. That said, real estate is a “buyer beware” market. If potential buyers approach you and want to chat about the building and the unit, great! Be honest about the noise and everything else. But it’s not really your job to go running after every potential buyer who isn’t doing their own due diligence. Especially that I’m sure there are a lot of people who come by once with a realtor and never return, you can’t really chat with every potential buyer. I can’t imagine buying a unit without finding out what the neighbors are like, so I’d imagine most serious buyers will ask around.
