I’m a little late to the party here, but wanted to add my 2 cents as a 2009 homeowner in SEH. We looked at all 3 areas mentioned here. All had its pro’s and con’s, but overall we felt that the home we purchased was the right home for us as a newly married couple with hopes to add a family.
I will say that being childless makes it a bit tougher to meet people in the community and understand exactly how you feel. However I do still get people to wave as they drive by the house when I’m doing yardwork.
