I’m a great fan of Whole Foods. It is the best in the US for range and health, but unfortunately not the cheapest. Really, they are a giant exotic deli, so people go there for specialty items, not the whole caboodle. I reckon they do their marketing, but even if they haven’t getting people to buy healthy because it’s their nearest supermarket has to be educational. Fresh and Easy is just not the same thing. If it’s about cost, then healthy living has a payback divvy. If all chains were like Whole Foods you would have a a dramatic decrease in diabetes, obesity, and heart disease, and insurance premiums would come down for all of us. Just think, if everyone ate an apple a day, the budget deficit problem would be solved.
