I’ll make this my first post. I’ve been reading (lurking) since around 2005. Our family was growing and I felt that we needed to purchase a larger home. Prices were crazy and I couldn’t understand how our friends, neighbors and co-workers were coming up with so much cash to purchase $750,000+ houses.
This site (and ocrenter’s) were about the only sources of sanity – regarding real estate – at the time.
As for when we’ll purchase, it’s hopefully not going to take another four years of waiting!
