I’ll have to disagree that RE transactions are adversarial. When done properly in many cases you have two satisfied parties each looking for a fair deal and each very pleased with the outcome. BTW, I dont beleive in dual agency and can count on one hand no make that one finger how many times I’ve done it (there was one case where it actually made sense for all parties)
